We had a few leftovers in the fridge from weeknight meals, so why not use them up on a pizza pie? First up was the BBQ chicken pizza using a couple of smoked chicken thighs, shredded mozza and some No. 5 sauce.
Next up was a taco pizza with the leftover taco beef, some chunky salsa blended smooth and a mix of old cheddar and mozza.
Finally, taco pizza #2 (picked as the winner by Alex) set up the same as the original taco pizza, but with some feta added for a bit of saltiness.
All pies cooked for about 8 minutes at 450, top grate of the Vision with a couple of fire bricks for a heat deflector on the bottom grate. Crusts came out thin and crisp, no leftovers!
