Super Smoked Chicken Wings

Wings go great with the NFL (or even the NHL, now that they are back).  And, chicken goes well with smoke.  Smoked wings – a great combination.  For these wings, I coated them with my standard rub and let them sit in it for a couple of hours.  Add the nicely coated wings to the smoker at 250 degrees and let them bath in maple smoke for 1.5 hours.

To finish, melt a bit of butter in a pan, add some Frank’s Red Hot (or your favourite hot sauce) to taste.  Toss wings in the pan and hold in a warm oven until done.
