Market Lunch

We dropped by the Seaport Farmers Market this morning for a quick walk around and a visit to Garrison.  There’s just something that feels great about being able to buy beer at 8am on a Saturday morning!

There wasn’t anything we really needed at the market, but ended up walking out with a pound of Getaway Meat Mongers pastrami as well as a loaf of sour dough rye – I pictured my lunch before we even made it to the parking lot.

The pastrami was fresh, and while it tasted more like corned beef than pastrami, it still made an excellent sandwich nestled between the slices of sour dough rye topped with a dollop of mustard.
